A special birthday wish from my 85 year old friend…. Padmakar Joshi has been living alone at Pen (My Hometown) for almost 10 years after sad demise of his wife… I used to go to his house, talk to him and sing for him. Its been almost 2 years that I am not able to visit him frequently and this year I even forgot to wish him on his birthday, which I always used to do with a Greeting card and a new song. Yesterday evening I got a call from an unknown number and I teared up to hear his voice. And then almost cried when he said “I m sorry that I could not call you in the morning as I was in hospital”. I told him how nice it felt to hear from him and could visualize him smiling. It really made my day and once again made me to thank GOD for blessing me with such beautiful people around..
